Before Sourcing Scaffolding Accessories
Scaffolding accessories must be matched to the intended system and mating dimensions before price comparison becomes meaningful.
Identify the scaffold system
Name the system or provide clear mating drawings. Similar-looking accessories are not automatically interchangeable.
Provide connection dimensions
For couplers, jacks and base plates, list tube or stem dimensions, thread form, plate size and required adjustment range as applicable.
State finish and use
Describe the required surface finish, environment and intended construction use without relying only on a product photo.
Define verification and packing
List any testing, marking, inspection, packing and destination requirements that must be included in the quotation.
